Returns and refunds
Unfortunately we may be unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. Provided the processing has not yet started and it is not with a third party supplier, we will be able to cancel or amend the order for you.
If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to contact us to organise.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product.
In order to recieve a full refund for wrong or unwanted items you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note we will not refund any delivery charges and the cost of returning your items to us will be your own responsibility.
If your item is broken or not functioning as expected then please contact us ASAP and we will provide you with a full refund. Once we have beeen informed of the problem we will discuss with you how to send your item back to us and get a replacement to you ASAP.
If the product returned has been unnecessarily handled, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please follow the procedures below.
- Return the product in its original packaging;
- Pack the product to avoid damage during returns transit.
- Include your order confirmation email or your name, address, phone number, order number and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
